Later editions of which this is one, includes an additional volume containing his correspondence. This edition is the extra illustrated edition that contains 100 eighteenth and nineteenth century engravings with an original watercolor frontis portrait of the young Evelyn and a hand drawn extra title page to Volume 1.
Each book measures 8.75” x 6” x 2.125”. Volume 1 is 335 pages, Volume 2 is 420 pages, and Volume 3 is 479 pages.
